According to Lavigne’s ex-husband, Deryck Whibley, the mansion the couple lived in is haunted.. and that is why the  8 bedroom mansion sold for one million less that the listing price. YIKES! I mean… the Clippers did lose yesterday.. sooo… I mean it’s your call but I know how I am responding to the haunted mansion!
