Francia Raisa, Secret Life of the American Teenager star, took to the red carpet looking absolutely stunning and was completely unsuspecting of what was next for her as she strutted her stuff down the red carpet.  The 23 year old was victim to a gust of wind that blew her dangerously short mini up leading to an accidental Marilyn Monroe moment.  All I can say is thank goodness for booty shorts because those bad boys saved her from having an R rated moment at a PG affair.  The star was a good sport and took to her twitter to joke about her crazy moment on the red carpet.
