I think i’m on the wrong  career path! What I need to be doing is DJ’ing. Seeing that DJ Pauly D is now in the top 10 of highest paid dj’s this past year …if he can do it ..I think I can!

The Jersey Shore star was just named the No.7 top-earning DJ according to Forbes. And do you want to know how much one needs to make to receive this prestigious honor …$11 million! Yes, he made $11 mil as a DJ! For just playing records. So again, I say, I’m on the wrong side of this music thing.

Pauly expressed his gratitude on Twitter yesterday saying,

Someone will be celebrating this weekend. Yea, oh Yea!

The Forbes article talks about his rise from reality star to famous DJ and Pauly adds,

“Everybody was skeptical at first, because how everybody heard about me is probably from Jersey Shore. But now I’m six seasons deep in the show and I’ve been touring all over the country, touring with major pop acts and stuff like that. That legitimizes everything, and they’re starting to say, ‘This kid isn’t just a reality star, he’s an actual DJ.’”
