Calm down people! Chris Brown hasn’t completely gone off the rocker. There’s been a lot of speculation that his newest tattoo is of Rihanna …but the singer is adamant that its not! The neck tattoo that is clearly of a woman’s face is actually a Mexican-themed skull in commemoration of Dia de los Muertos.

Brown’s rep insists the tat is NOT what people think and it actually has meaning. Apparently, the tat is a “sugar skull which is associated with the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead and a MAC cosmetics design he saw.” His rep says, “It is not Rihanna or an abused woman as erroneously reported.” Not exactly sure how a Mexican themed tat has any relevance to Chris, but hey …whatever floats your boat.
