Looks like Justin Bieber is having the worst week ever. E! News is reporting that Justin Bieber collapsed while performing on stage over in the UK and was taken to the hospital. Justin’s manager Scotter Braun then addressed the concerned London crowd, telling them that Justin had been complaining of dizziness during the show. “He’s (Justin) backstage with the EMTs and the doctor. Their telling him that they want him to see somebody and see what’s going on with his lungs. He (Justin) has just told me that in about 5 minutes that if its ok with you guys, he’s gonna come out and finish the show.”

UPDATE #2 6:21pm Justin Bieber posts a shirtless photo of himself  in the hospital via instagram account saying, “Gettin better listening to Janice Joplin.”
